Service Description
Let us handle your social presence so you can stay focused on running your business. Using the content we captured and edited, we’ll curate and schedule engaging posts across your social media platforms—ensuring consistent visibility and interaction with your audience. Includes: • 1 to 3 Posts Per Week (based on content + platform strategy) • Platform scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts) • Hashtag research & basic caption writing • Story integration (where applicable) • Monthly insights report upon request 💵 Price: $500/month • Requires prior or bundled booking of an Immersive Content Session • Posting for up to 3 platforms • Campaign duration: 30 days from content delivery (Optional month-to-month renewal or upgrade to a long-term strategy package available.)
Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Deposits All services must be booked in advance with a valid payment method. Most services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment and initiate work. Deposits apply toward the total cost of service. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final content unless otherwise noted in your booking confirmation or agreement. 2. Billing & Subscription Plans For recurring services such as monthly content, social media management, or annual contracts, billing is processed according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of sign-up. Notices are automatically sent before each payment is processed. Clients are responsible for ensuring their billing information is current. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to attend will be charged in full. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with SDR directly. 4. Payments Accepted We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Cash. PayPal is not accepted. Payment links or invoices will be provided at the time of booking or final delivery, depending on the service. 5. Service Scope & Additional Costs Each service offering has its own outlined scope, timeline, and potential additional fees (e.g., travel, branding, extended edits). Please refer to the specific service description or proposal you booked for details. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. 6. Filming & Privacy SDR regularly films on-site for project documentation, training, and promotional content. If you do not wish to be recorded or included in public-facing media, please notify us on camera at the time of service, and we will honor that request. This includes excluding your image, property, or brand from public content. 7. Insurance & Liability SDR is fully insured for all media production and creative services performed on-site. While we strive to deliver exceptional work, SDR is not responsible for business outcomes, third-party software issues, platform algorithm changes, or external delays beyond our control. 8. Affiliate Relationships Some SDR content may include affiliate links or embedded partner promotions. We only recommend tools or services we trust. SDR may earn a commission from affiliate referrals at no cost to the client.
